Judith Ogden, Trustee
Ms. Ogden has served as Village trustee since 2010. Her tenure as Highway Commissioner began in April 2014, ending March of last year. Her highly commended work included the development of drainage and paving programs, road safety and obtaining critical funding. She currently chairs the newly formed Tree Committee.
She is founder and president of the St. James Head of the Harbor Neighborhood Preservation Coalition, an organization formed with Village residents to help preserve open space along the scenic historic 25A corridor that Head of the Harbor is famous for. She is the well-known and highly respected founder and sole proprietor of Nissequogue Farm, where she resides with her son, Troy.
Located on 25A, the Farm is an organic wholesale plant nursery that reflects its owner’s commitment to the environment. Ogden’s Design and Plantings, an adjacent business, established in 1991, is Judy’s award-winning landscape company that has been featured on HGTV.
